Hi Faika, I want to thank you for this excellent speech. Your clarity and insight is such a breath of fresh air, I am very encouraged by you! I am always shocked by how many people stay away from fully grasping the issues and therefore remain unable to comment, or engage with them. There is a critical mass of information to gather, but the most important thing - is that women are having to deal with yet another form of male control and misogyny.. and for that reason people need to see clearly and speak up. Thank you Faika.

"Not protectionism of a category and even if it was it would be totally okay". And not disputing the vulnerability just that it doesnt make them change sex. I love the clarity with which you articulate these points in particular, and that defending womens rights is not fascism. Thank you.

Now that the UK Supreme Court has clarified that male transgenders are not women, we constantly hear trans activists and their transmaiden allies fearmonger that butch lesbians will be challenged in female bathrooms and changing rooms. As a gender nonconforming lesbian, I've had my share of challenging by other women in female spaces. As a young adult, I was constantly asked by store and restaurant employees, “Can I help you sir?” and “What would you like to order, sir?” I've always thought that is a funny and even fun experience when people make assumptions based on my (previously) slim, boyish physique, short hair and clothing choices. Unlike the uptight male transgenders who are pretending to have changed their sex, it's never bothered me when people guess wrong. As soon as I speak, the mistake is dispelled by my voice and we laughing move on to the meal order or finding the item I came to the store to buy. It's never offended me to be assumed to be male.

Still, it's made me start thinking of who I wish would wander into my local gym locker room, startling people with a strong yet womanly presentation, at least for those of us who are comfortable with a gender bender look. You're on the list, Faika. Listening to you speak and watching your bold, fearless presentation of self reminds me of my younger days before pregnancy gave me a mom body. If you find yourself heading to Oregon, look me up for a free place to stay in our Airbnb. We'd be happy to host you.

And you fellas who have a sudden concern for butch lesbians? Don't worry, we can tell the difference. It's easy to clock a dude in a dress.

Thank you, Sally. It‘s funny, I read your comment on the way to the gym this morning. And it had me thinking for the rest of the day, especially about the many comments from TRAs about Butch lesbians. And I eventually wrote this, maybe it speaks to you:

To whom you are attracted sexually is purely subjective and therefore cannot reasonably be contested by an outside observer.

Where you decide to live your life on a spectrum of superficial, stereotypical male to female attributes (and we all do) is also purely subjective and similarly cannot be questioned.

However, your biological sex reflects an objective reality which cannot be changed by your subjective personal view and futile attempts to do so can result in serious health impacts to you as well as harms to members of the sex you are impersonating (primarily women).

Others who are grounded in objective reality should never be forced to accept your subjective version of your actual biological sex.

Finally, it's past time for the LGB community to separate themselves from the trans activists who are trying to take away the rights of women to fairness in sports and to privacy and safety in their restrooms, locker rooms and prisons. They also advocate for the chemical and surgical mutilation of children many of whom would grow up gay.

Their actions are evil and the

understandable negative reaction to the harm they are causing is spilling over to innocent people who are just going about their business, marrying and leading their lives.

Complying with hateful rhetoric to protect yourself is cowardly and characteristic of fascism. Freedom of speech is characteristic of democracy. Thank you for speaking the truth.

When the first wave of uncontrolled migrants spilled in and the sex assaults of 2014-15 were explained away, it was clear women’s rights didn’t matter any more.
